In an earlier post, I responded to some commenters who mentioned a lawsuit from “the Odell community” with a bit of incredulity. Well, Robin and Marlynn Burns (who to some represent “the Odell Community”) have in fact filed suit against the County for approving Pelhem Pointe and Waterford on the Rocky River.
There you have it. The Seats are Cheap and I am human.
