North Carolina Open Meetings Law requires that during every public meeting of a city or county board - the citizens are given a time to speak. In Cabarrus County, it’s 3 minutes. In all honesty, it can be the entertaining part of the meeting…or the most disturbing.
For those who’ve been to a Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners meeting, you may feel like we’ve got the market cornered on crazy. This video challenges that observation and proves that our neighbor down I-85 (Charlotte) has a bumper crop of insane.
