In post from last August, I compared decisions to fund the NCRC to Thomas Jefferson’s 1803 decision to buy the Louisiana Territory from France. Well, this week’s Kannapolis Citizen carries a similar theme in their editorial page. Here’s a taste:
Which comes first, the county decision or the city decision? More and more it appears the city and county will have to settle this matter together in a spirit of cooperation and good will — even if the county ultimately decides not to take part. This is a business decision, not a test of wills.
