This article is an index to nine other articles meant to to address honest concerns about the project and the City of Kannapolis and Cabarrus County’s involvement in funding some of the infrastructure through Tax Increment Financing (TIF) bonds.
I’m making this easy for you. I’ve posted responses to the following statements opposing the North Carolina Research Campus (NCRC) TIF bonds.
