Since Easter is coming up, I’d like to invite you to come to church with me - if you aren’t already going to church this Sunday. So, today’s Friday Five is the top five reasons to come to church with Justin (if you’re not already going somewhere else)
5. It’s really easy to find. Normally, we have church in a hard-to-find, crowded location off of Central Drive. But, for this Sunday only, we’ll be at the palatial Concord Conventon Center at the Embassy Suites at 10AM off of Speedway Blvd.
4. If you have small kids - you can be free of them…for an hour and a half. Childcare for 5 and under will be provided.
3. We’re not a “Wear Your Sunday Best” sort of church. Not that looking nice is discouraged; but I ain’t wearing a suit…and neither will a lot of people. The point is that there’s not an implicit or explicit dress code.
2. They’ll be food afterwards. Between my wife and I, my parents, and my in-laws…somebody is cooking something.
1. The Son of God died and rose again to cover your trangressions. For this Easter, you can Tivo Fishing on ESPN or Sunday Morning on CBS (we do every week) to celebrate being offered eternal salvation.
It might seem like I’m kidding - but I’m serious: If you ain’t going elsewhere - come to church with me this Easter. You can click on the Contact button at the top of the page or shoot me an e-mail: justin at cabarruscheapseats.com.
Have a great Easter.
