Hello, I’m Palmer Thibault. You may remember me from an earlier post that Daddy made when I came into the world. Well, I have hacked into Daddy’s blog to make a very important announcement to the world.
Mommy and Daddy have been hiding something from me and everyone else and now it’s time for me to blow their cover.
Let’s start by looking at the “show” that Mommy and Daddy (AKA Robin & Justin Thibault) have been putting on for the world. They want y’all to think that they are the perfect, little family with a little house, two cars, a dog, and a cute, little baby. Here’s a picture of the three of us - by the way:

Exposed!
Before I found out the little bit of news that I’m going to share with you, my life was fine. Here are a few pictures to help paint the picture for you.
Here’s Mommy and Me:

Then Mommy and Daddy started acting strange and Mommy had me stay with Grammy one afternoon last week. That’s when she came home with this picture:

From what I understand, it’s a baby. They won’t tell me if it’s going to be a little brother or little sister. They want to keep this secret and that’s why Mommy is hiding it in her belly; but I just can’t let them go on like this. I don’t know why they could just order a baby from the hospital like normal people; and that’s why I’m letting y’all know.
Anyhow, here’s what I know so far:
- The baby should show up around January 17, 2008. Why they are keeping it cooped up in Mommy’s belly until after Christmas just shows the extent of this ruse.
- The baby and Mommy are OK. I heard that everything is normal from Mommy’s visit; but I couldn’t imagine it would be. If I ever wound up in someone’s belly - I’d find a way out.
- This will screw everything up for me. I signed up to be a baby - not a big brother. Now I’ll have to share my toys and be in goofy pictures with the little runt. Mommy’s tired all the time. Daddy is just being stupid talking about the “fetus that wants to meet us” and other such stupidity.
Now that y’all know: we’ll get through this together. Thanks for sticking around for this important news. Thanks also for suspending your belief that a 10-month-old can type - let alone hack into a blog and do HTML.
Now, I’ve got to go back to saying “ga”, “ma”, and “da” and filling diapers.
