Update: Election Returns should be here when polls close.
Today’s the day. I didn’t do Cabarrus Election Challenge this year. I was going to do something else; but it fell through. Thankfully, there are three sources that have picked up the slack and are great sources of information.
The first is the Cabarrus Neighbors who did their candidate profiles you can read here.
The next is Left on 49 who has a map of all of the candidates with their party affiliations and websites (for those few that have one). Also, you can check in on the election predictions and join in the discussion.
Finally, the Cabarrus County Board of Elections is where you might want to go to find your polling location.
And, after you’re done voting for something that matters, make sure to vote for me in the Weblog Awards. I’m one of 10 finalists from thousands of blogs and right now I’m polling as well as Al Sharpton…vote for me…please!!!
Election Day is generally when I get a lot of one-time visitors. If you’d like to keep with with local news and politics past the election, you can subscribe to my RSS feed or you can sign up for the daily e-mail.
