February 5th, 2008 · Comments Off

The reason given by Cabarrus County Commissioner Coy Privette not leaving his office: the local GOP didn’t provide him with an appropriate successor.

Coy Privette, It’s Time To Move On

December 4th, 2007 · 13 Comments

Coy Privette and a close following of 11 or so puppets have tried to abuse the term conservative republican. They might be registered republicans, but they are far, far away of being conservative — either fiscal or religious. Normally, I’d let a conversation naturally evolve; but I figure since I’d like to keep the post to inform the process of Coy Privette’s replacement to nominees…we can open up the discussion here.  I moved the comments to make it a little easier.

November 27th, 2007 · Comments Off

Two things happened yesterday:
A landmark agreement for the NCRC is settled and the Speedway is saved by offering road improvements (and renaming one road) [here's the Observer Article on the Speedway]
Now, ask yourself this question: Could the old majority - who took 5 years to decide to build a jail that was needed immedately; who [...]
